• Qruck supplies external BSP/NPT coupling-GA and hexagon swivel female BSP coupling-GI. Both LNC GI and GA can be assembled with hoses by DIN EN14420-3 safety clamps. DIN2817 Smooth Tail Fittings are offered with a smooth hosetail is used for hoses with harder XLPE or UHMWPE linings. The smooth hosetail ensures the hose liner will not be punctured or crack when the coupling is tightened. And it is required to be used in conjunction with a suitable interlocking DIN 2817 (EN ISO 14420) safety clamp to ensure a safe and leakproof assembly. The safety collar makes these couplings suitable for safety clamp assembly. This is extremely suitable for situations where a strong connection is required. At a working pressure of up to 32 bar, our couplings are made in brass (MS), stainless steel 316 (SS), or galvanized steel (ST), ensuring optimal performance across different operating conditions. Sealing is achieved with a flat gasket, using standard polyurethane or PTFE for stainless steel versions, guaranteeing leak-free operation. Designed to perform reliably within a temperature range of -20°C to +65°C in accordance with EN-14420, our coupling delivers robust functionality, long service life, and safety for critical industrial processes.
